3-story family friendly townhouse with keyless entry and free street parking. There is public transportation one block west should you prefer that route. The kitchen and dinning are on the main floor and the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second and third floors. The roof top deck is on the 4th floor of the home. Soaps and Lotions are provided at no cost from Public Goods - They’re free of parabens, sulfates, toxic chemicals, and unnecessary additives — pure and simple.

>Seattle's modest size means that you might catch the sounds of airplanes flying overhead, regardless of your specific location in the city.

>This is a townhouse with 3 Flights of stairs to the rooftop deck-you will get a workout in.

Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is by 10 am. While early check-ins can't be guaranteed due to potential same-day check-outs, we'll inform you on the day if it's possible.

>NO SMOKING POLICY <
For the comfort of all guests, Smoking/Vaping or e-Cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the house or within 20 ft of the premises. Any evidence of smoking will incur an additional violation fee of $1000 to deep clean the property.

>PEACEFUL HOURS FROM 10 PM ONWARD <
Respect our neighbors and maintain a noise-conscious atmosphere after 10 pm. Your consideration is valued!

>DOG POLICY <
We warmly welcome your furry friends! To ensure a smooth stay, please make sure to register your dogs before check-in. Our policy allows up to two pets per reservation, with a fee of $75 per pet. This fee helps us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness for our next guests. For the comfort of all visitors, dogs are not permitted on any furniture or bedding. Additionally, we kindly ask that all dog waste be properly picked up before check-out. Please note, that failure to adhere to these guidelines or bringing unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fee plus the cost of any necessary cleaning and restoration.

IMPORTANT NOTE for HOT TUB:
-To maintain a clean and pleasant spa environment it is very important to please shower BEFORE using the spa, or, trust us... it will get funky! The spa has a hard time breaking down lotions, oils, perfumes, etc. Additionally, please help us keep the spas tidy by disposing of trash properly. Please note that an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness.

ENTRY:
-A keypad is located on the front door. A personalized entry code will be provided to you prior to your stay.

-Any deliveries should not be sent to this address as there is no secure location they are delivered. Please deliver to a local Amazon locker if needed.

-Guests are able to stream their favorite show and movie under their own account with the ROKU TV Remote. It will automatically remove your account info when you check out.

-Public transportation(Street Car) is just one block away. The street car will bring you into the heart of downtown Seattle and to Capital Hill.

-We welcome your fur(or four) legged friends! We do charge $100 for the first 2 pets and additional $50 for every pet after. This is to ensure the space is deep cleaned for the next guest stay.

-Seattle's modest size means that you might catch the occasional sound of airplanes flying overhead, regardless of your specific location in the city.

-Should you make a reservation within 24 hours of your intended check-in, please be aware that a 4 pm check-in may not be guaranteed due to our cleaning team's schedule and potential same-day turnovers. In such cases, the check-in time could be delayed until 6:30 pm. We recommend reaching out to us post-booking to confirm your specific check-in time.

Absolutely loved our stay at this place! Location is great, host was very accommodating and communication was fantastic, and the unit was decorated beautifully! The beds and bedding were very comfy. The kitchen was so well stocked, it has everything you need and then some! The rooftop deck is very nice with a great view. We loved the close proximity to so many places we wanted to visit during our trip, a short drive or Uber/Lyft. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

A great getaway

A great little property that I enjoyed thoroughly. The music theme is perfect and the turntable added that extra spark. You must be up for the challenge of the staircase but when you get to the top it is spectacular. The viewes of the city especially at night are amazing. A plus was the nice ladies next door. They were enjoying their experience as much as we were. I believe theirs was Oz themed. Overall a great stay and my calves are in much better shape from the stairs! Thanks
