Spotless room, amazing taste in furniture, original hardwood floors with tile accents. Antique furniture through out gave it a old miney vibe. Not a single piece of dust to be found. I am neurodivert, and often dont feel the floors are clean enough to walk bare feet. I did not feel this way there. Breakfas5 was absolutely amazing, i felt like i was in a five star restaurant. The dishes were lavish. Paintings were hung with care, mirrors used appropriately to make small spaces feel larger. The staff was absolutely delightful, curious but not nosey. They took a rela interest. Our larger bag was carried upstairs for us, which was much appreciated. No one bothered us the entire stay.

The owners are great hosts, the common space and the room are very clean and tidy, and the breakfast was really good. I recommend 100% and would come back if I need a hotel or B&B in the same area!

Wonderful B&B. Spotlessly clean, on a quiet street but only an 8 minute walk (downhill) to a bunch of nice restaurants on Wellington. The 12 minute walk back up is good exercise! King bed, Louis XV style furniture and wall coverings. Breakfasts were nutritious and delicious—-scrambled eggs with mushrooms or pesto; yougurt with fresh fruit, artisanal bread, cheese, and any type of coffee or tea. Hats off to Tan and her partner, now in their 24th year!

Everything was perfect. The attention to detail in every way was very pleasant. The room was charming, the hosts very present for all needs. I recommend this B & B very highly. If we are in the area again we will definitely make sure we stay here.

Incredibly nice, friendly, helpful, and accommodating, hands-on owners. We are vegans and they prepared the best vegan breakfast we have ever had at any similar lodging establishment. They also provided us with this wonderful treat earlier than their normal breakfast time because we had to be somewhere early. They truly went above and beyond for us.
Tofu scramble, Chia vanilla pudding with a touch of cinnamon and banana, fresh fruit, artisan baked bread toast.

We were welcomed from the moment we made the reservation and throughout our stay. Everything was perfect - the comfy bed, the beautiful French decor, the delicious healthy homemade breakfast, and of course, our gracious hosts. The Inn is well located in a nice neighborhood, and we took a nice stroll past a waterfall to the commercial district for dinner (if you go, bring your own wine). I highly recommend a stay at the Marquis de Montcalm Inn

Wonderful B&B

Lovely stay We stayed one night on our trip to Quebec City. We had a great experience, we received a warm welcome, the room was very clean, the breakfast was delicious. The location is really close to downtown, the lake and the river. I would highly recommend this B&B
