Overbooking. Son-in-law booked at the same Motel but got an email cancellation at 4:15pm, on the reservation date. I ended up cancelling on site and went elsewhere.

They gave us a room not cleaned. They upgraded us to a queen size bedroom. But the whirlpool bath was full of hair. Super disgusting.

The tv did not work and although the nice man at the desk tried to fix it, he was not able to. There was about a 10 cm opening of the window above the air conditioner. There was no blow dryer in the room. I had to get one from the front desk.
