Jennifer checked me in and she was absolutely amazing! Prior to check in, I had some sudden plan changes therefore, I walked in with an overwhelmed and panicked 'state of mind'. (I was short with her and didnt give her the patience she deserved). She was patient and accommodating, and I walked away completely at ease.

Upon arrival, staff required that I present a credit card to which they would charge $50 to be refunded. They actually charged $150 I learned upon leaving and the desk person at that time immediately reversed the charge indicating that it would definitely be removed in 2 business days. Since I was prepaid and guaranteed for late arrival by Expedia, I take great exception to that charge and knowing the amount I was told was far less than the amount the attempted. I don't recommend this property to anyone in the future.

I have not even made it to the pool yet and this place is excellent. The room was very clean exceptionally clean and the staff was so polite and very clear on communication to help me find my room. I am very pleased and right now. I am enjoying my stay stretched out on this comfortable bed.!!!!! thank you so much expedia.com for hooking me up with a good room for cheap. I got it at almost a3 of the price Springfield does have it going on

Having to put down a cash deposit was annoying. Doing the pool maintenance during the hours you have guests is a poor choice. It could easily be done between checkout time and check in time. Other than that it was a suitable hotel stay.

Easy check-in and out, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area is clean and the hot tub was hot! The beds were very comfortable, room was clean and breakfast was nice first thing in the morning before heading out on the road.
