5 stars from us! Everything was very clean! The pool area was nice and the water was appropriately warmed for winter swimming. The breakfast was good and breakfast attendant did a great job. We had the larger room for families with a king bed and 2 queens- it was awesome! Wish more hotels offered a similar option for larger families!

Last hotel I stayed at the night prior was horrible. Not clean. Broken furniture. I chose this one for my second night in town and I’m sooo pleased with everything. When I got to the room I got a call from the front desk about 10 minutes after I settled in making sure everything was satisfactory and if I need them to bring anything.

When we arrived, we had to pay a $250 cash deposit that we were not aware of so I had to go find an ATM. The entire hotel floors smelled of marijuana very strongly. Several of the staff members appeared to be under the influence of marijuana while working. When we got to our room, the main part of the room was pretty clean the bathroom floor had hair and dirt all over the floor. I woke up in the middle of the night and was watching TV and could not fall back asleep, and the TV stopped working, and would not turn back on. The guy who checked us out, was very friendly, and the lady who was doing the breakfast was very friendly, but the rest of the staff was not very nice or helpful.
