The elevator was broken, the side doors that lock were broken, or the key card reader was broken to where they had to put signs up, air in my room didn't work very well, bed was uncomfortable. Wouldn't stay here again. It was clean and convienent location wise.

The elevator was out. My boyfriend is alot older and not in the best of health. The guy at the front desk put us on the secondfloor. He made no apologies about the elevator and was very rude. The breakfast was okay. Just not alot of variety or selection. The housekeepers were friendly. The outside doors did not work. So i walked all the way around to the front the next morning to let her know and she acted like we put her out. We will not be staying with them again.

Elevator was broken, only rooms on second floor available. First room had a horrible smell and the Air conditioning didn’t cool the room. Requested a different room second was better but could be cleaner and mattress was terrible. Not sure how this place has an 8+ rating it should be a 4 at best.

Felt Lied to & treated poorly

Staff was rude at check-in setting the tone as negative. Got to the room where it looked dingy and the door frame appeared water damaged as well as the door sticking and jamming. The bedding was a thin blanket stuffed between two top sheets and the sheets appeared stained. Chair in room was stained or never cleaned. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. It was sufficient for my family but I could not eat any of it as there was nothing gluten free available. Normally at a hotel breakfast I can eat a banana and yogurt or some oatmeal but none of that was available. I understand that the rooms we rented were pet friendly rooms but it felt as though we were placed in subpar rooms and paid more for it. Would’ve been willing to spend more on a hotel for a more comfortable atmosphere. Felt lied to by the reviews listed on how nice this hotel was. Maybe they didn’t stay in a pet friendly room, but I would never stay at this establishment again even if I didn’t have my pets with me.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Elevator was not working. They did have room on first floor but we discovered after being there an hour or so that the AC didn’t work. We then had to move to a room on the second floor. Tub didn’t drain well. The towels were like sandpaper. There was mold on the ceiling of the shower. The breakfast was not good and the AC in the breakfast room did not work. Overall a terrible experience.

If you're looking for a clean, pet friendly place then this is it! The included breakfast is very good too. Even though the elevator was out of order, we looked past it because we were so pleased with everything else.

They had a fire early in the day and did not tell us when we checked in and that must have been why the hotel had a strange smoky odor. We had two rooms.In one room there was trash in the bathroom wastebasket and the pillow slips were very wrinkled. There was no shampoo in the other room.The chairs in both rooms were badly stained. We shockingly found out the next morning while trying to take showers that there was no hot water whatsoever. Then we found out there was no way for them to cook, so no hot breakfast. There also was no airconditioning in that part of the hotel. We should have been told about the fire at check-in so we could be informed and make a decision on staying! After much complaining they did agree to give us all our money back, even though they only wanted to give half back at first. I think taking a video helped convince them they needed to do more.
