The staff member working, Nick, was so nice and accommodating. However, the photos of the hotel are very deceptive. Hotel has so many abandoned areas inside it that are dark and would be a great spot for someone up to no good to hide. The photos depict a beautiful modern hotel when in reality it is rundown and left me feeling quite uneasy. Parking was minimal and there were several groups of people outside begging or doing what appeared to be up to no good.

We came for a family vacation. The bedroom needs to be upgraded. Door handles taped, toilet clogged after one night of use. Informed front desk twice about toilet, no response. We had to use the public bathroom by the front desk.

Desk clerk was rude. I called Expedia to cancel reservation. Was put on hold while he said he would talk to hotel personally. Came back and said he talked to desk person and manager but room could not be cancelled. I talked to the manager upon checking in and was told Expedia never called. Clean, comfortable.

Not a quick check in. Room wasn’t numbered so it took a minutes walking back and forth around the corner til we figured out where the room was. No room number placard on the wall. Comfortable bed and pillows. Strong bleach smell on pillow covers. Good breakfast. Panhandlers in the parking lot when we checked in and again in the morning. Easy checkout.

Don't stay here if you have self respect.

I was traveling for the weekend, and decided to stay here. First off our room was somewhat stagnate, so I turned the A/C down to 65 just to get some quick air movement and cool the room down. Our room never got below 72, that shouldn't happen when the air is set that low. As we left our room the ceiling was leaking constant outside our room, and onto the carpet. There was giant wet spot on the carpet. Also when we were in the pool, I noticed a large amount of the duct work in the pool area was rusted. Needless to say this was not very enticing to look at while swimming with your family. My only pro to staying here was the bed was very comfortable, unfortunately the sheets kept coming off the corners of the bed all night. All in all, I will never stay here again, this building needs major upkeep, and needs a lot of work to make it statable for guests.
