Take in the country air as you kick back at this comfortable home. Situated in Ozark just under thirty minutes to Branson Landing or the Original Bass Pro Shop in Springfield. Closer to home, you can dine in style at The Vineyard Market or hop across to Lambert’s CafĂ© for a good downhome meal. This lovely town offers quaint shopping, a local brewery, coffee and bakery venues as well as grocery stores and Walmart just minutes away.

The home boasts a large living area with a smart flat screen and luxurious sectional to accommodate everyone. Spread out in front of a fireplace with the variety of books, board games, and toys. The second living area is bathed in natural light and offers 2 pull-out sofa beds and a wall mounted display perfect for presentations or connecting a laptop for movies. Cooking for your family or large groups is a breeze in this kitchen as it has a large glass-top stove, roomy refrigerator and cabinet space for all of your groceries. There is no shortage of space on these granite counter tops in the well-lit work area. Enjoy a lovely view off the back deck from the screened-in area or out in the open as you smoke your food to perfection on the Traeger smoker grill. Let the jetted tub in the master bath help you unwind before you crawl into your king bed and enjoy a show or movie on the wall mounted smart tv. Perfect place for our family to travel together. There were plenty of beds for all of us to spread out and it was much better than any hotel would ever be. Short Vacation

What a great place to stay. Midway between Springfield and Branson. This beautiful home is in the country. It’s quiet and peaceful. The home is spotless. Nicholas is a fantastic host and responds very quickly. Check in was a breeze and I had absolutely no trouble finding his beautiful home. There is plenty of room in this spacious home. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. I will definitely want to stay at the Moon Valley Retreat in the future.

Everything was awesome!

Our son and his family live in Ozark. This was a great house for us to get together! The granddaughters were so excited to see the house and to pick their room. They really loved the "secret bedroom" behind the sliding barn door!

This was the perfect house for our family to be together. Nicholas made sure we had everything we needed. The coffee was delicious and we appreciated having the shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as the laundry soap and dryer sheets. The house was in a beautiful location and very quiet. Friends Attending Ladies Conference

We stayed at this property two years ago and loves it and chose to come back and stay there again. All of our group was comfortable and enjoyed the many bedrooms and bathrooms. There is plenty of room for a large group to meet in the two living areas and kitchen area. We would definitely stay there again.

Exceptional Property

From the entrance at the front door the home was well kept, very clean and welcoming. The spaciousness of the interior was great. The grandkids had plenty of room to roam in the fenced backyard. We could all be together. No eating out all the time. Close to the wedding venue. Wind thru the country to the home and look out the patio to the rolling hills. Peace and quiet was in abundance.

Beautiful Large Home

This is a beautiful large home with plenty of room to spread out inside and out. Just an FYI to get to the 4th bedroom with trundle bed you must go through the 3rd bedroom with queen bed. Not a problem for us just wanted to let others know. The back yard is very large and fenced our dogs loved it. Not only has this owner served his country he also continues to support his fellow Vets buy using products that donate to supporting our Vets in need. Thank you for your service we can not express enough how much it is appreciated.

Family Vacation

Moon River house is in a wonderful location and very homey. The screened in porch is wonderful to sit out and enjoy the evening view and my husband cooked some wonderful steaks on the pellet grill. My sisters and my husband and I all grew up in the country so we loved the country feel of the place while still being near to everything. The house had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent Home for a Reunion

This was a wonderful place to celebrate a new baby in our family. Four generations and our dogs visited comfortably together. The kitchen is well appointed. Our host kindly stocked delicious Operator coffee which we thoroughly enjoyed. There’s enough space for everyone to be together but not on top of each other. There’s a beautiful back yard and lots of open space all around. Our host was attentive and quick to respond to all of our questions. This house is wonderful and we would love to come back.

Quiet, roomy country home

The home was spacious and welcoming. The room with a side kids room was perfect for parents with small little ones. The fenced back yard was great for our dogs to run a bit. Both the host were quick to answer questions. Great place to stay.
