We thank our new 2026 guests as well as our returning guests who selected our home for their 2026 vacation at the beach!

At last, you're here and the beach is right there! You enjoy your own private space with this beach home. No public hall ways to share. Ocean Lakes is private property with 24 hour security. Here at Site 1170 you will be the 3rd house from the beach. Your walk to the beach is about 30 seconds! Built on stilts, you park right under the house. Step out on the deck from the dining room and enjoy the sight and sound of the ocean. All the comforts of home. WiFi is included. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. On the first floor is a fully equipped kitchen including a side bar with seating for 3. Moving into the living and dining areas you have a dining table and spacious living room with a sleeper sofa which opens to a queen bed. First floor bedroom offers a bunk bed with a full on bottom and a twin on top. The full bathroom with shower and full size washer and dryer complete the first floor. On the second floor is a bedroom with a king bed and full bath with shower. The other bedroom has a queen bed and full bath with tub/shower. For the baby we have a pack 'n play, a high chair and baby gate. All TVs are flat screen with one in each bedroom and a 55" in the the living room.

We have your beach chairs and umbrella!

For your convenience paper products and hand, dish & laundry soaps are stocked.

Bring your own bed linens, bath & beach towels or ask about rental service.

The beach is steps away. The Water Park is right here and included. Indoor & outdoor pools, water slides, lazy river and splash zone for the little ones. There is a playground for the young ones, basketball and volleyball courts, shuffleboard, horseshoes and bean bag games. There's also a miniature golf course. For convenience shopping there's the Sandy Mart. Lots of good things to eat at the Meet N' Eat. Check out the game room and the Nature Center. The Rec Center office offers discounted tickets to over a dozen area attractions. The Rec Center office also has a book exchange library.

Once here, all the amenities of Ocean Lakes Family Campground are available to you. You have the option to rent golf cars through Ocean Lakes.
Vehicle pass fee of $15 per day per vehicle will be charged by and payable directly to Ocean Lakes when paid at arrival. Vehicle pass fee will be $12 per day per vehicle using Express Check-in and fee is paid prior to your arrival. Advance lead time for the mailing of your passes is required by Ocean Lakes for Express Check-in.
The Ocean Lake charges are subject to change.

One mile of private beach, water park, indoor and outdoor pools, and so much more.

Like a more quiet time, it's beautiful here after the rush of summer. As we get into September minimum stay is 3 nights. October is very popular with the weekend activities full of Halloween fun.

Rental of our house is to families.

Our house is on the market for sale with the requirement that all of our 2026 Rental Agreements must be honored.

House was 3 back from the beach, right in front of the beach access! My family had a great time and the host had the house clean and ready for us! We had a little bump at check out and had to hang out a little longer and wasn’t an issue with them. We will be back!

Wonderful stay!

Cynthia and Bob have a lovely home and are very accommodating and responsive. The house was just a few steps from the beach with everything we needed; fully stocked kitchen, grill, lovely living space and plenty of room for my family of 4 and my friend's family of 3 that joined us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back next year!

Literally steps away from the beach.

This home perfectly accommodated my family and friends. Being steps away from the beach was very convenient. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed from a crockpot to cleaning supplies. I would definitely rent this place again.

Our stay was amazing with Cynthia, she was very responsive and helped from the time we booked 5 months ago till the day we checked out. Home was specious and comfortable for our family of 8. Literally steps to the beach! We come to ocean lakes every year for vacation and we will be looking to stay in this unit from now on! Don’t hesitate to book you won’t be disappointed. Home is completely equipped with anything u need for a day at the beach and dinner afterwards! Ocean Lakes amenities are top notch!

Wonderful Beach Location

We really enjoyed our stay. We were able to cook all week. We had all of the pots and pans needed. It was great that we didn’t have to bring our beach chairs and umbrella’s because they were already there! The master bedroom was huge and the king size bed was very comfortable. The owners are so very nice, responsive and very easy to work with. This is defined a house we will rent again.

Birthday Weekend

I always go to the beach for my birthday but this was the 1st time staying at this location. The house was better in person than the online pictures, had a great location and the owners were very helpful & responsive both before & after our stay. Although it was a 1st for us having to bring our own linens to a rental we made it work & we wished a golf cart wasn't provided. Overall, if we ever stay in Ocean Lakes again i will definitely try to book here!!

Family Vacation

First time at Ocean Lakes with my 3 son's, daughter in law, husband and 1 year old grandson. The house had a beautiful ocean view and was stocked with everything you need. The communication with the home owner's was amazing, they checked in with me to see how thing's were going and answered every question I had. My family was very pleased and we will be visiting Ocean Lakes again and will stay at the same home.

Excellent location!

This home is super close to the beach which was a priority for us. It was nice decorated, clean, comfortable and gave us plenty of room to enjoy our stay! It had everything that we needed for our 4 day trip. The owner, Cynthia, was thorough in making sure that our needs were met before and during the trip. The only recommendation that I have would be to replace the mattress or add a mattress topper to the king bed because it’s not very comfortable and you can easily feel the bed springs. We would definitely stay here again!

2023 Vacation

We had a great time there the only thing was the ice maker didn't work. We told the homeowners and they said they were sorry and would reimburse us for the Ice. The only changes I would make are. A removable head in master shower because it's real small & change out the toilets to the chair height & oval bowls. Over ALL very nice place.

Great family house!

We loved this house even with a few things that could be improved. It was a perfect location, walk to beach, and a veiw of ocean from the porch was nice. Loved the two adult bedrooms upstairs, master was huge with made sharing room with baby easy! Older kids loved the bunch room downstairs. Overall great place!!! Things to improve to make even better: In the bathrooms shower heads with hoses would be awesome to help better wash small kids. Please get the cleaners to regularly clean the cleaning fans, they were very dirty. The porch funiture needs to be replaced, ripping and rusted. It was awesome they provided a highchair and pac n play. Again, a great place to stay and awesome owners. Won’t regret it.
