The Space:
Royal Surf is a boutique, beachside building, and Apartment 10 captures its essence perfectly. This two-bedroom retreat features a bright lounge, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and a private balcony. Enjoy your beachfront yard with a private walkway that leads directly onto the sand, plus an outdoor shower set within the garden. With parking, Wi-Fi and TV included, it’s beach living at its finest. Drift off to the sound of the waves and spend your days with the ocean at your doorstep.
Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. Access to all spaces within the apartment, balcony and external shared laundry. Access to beachfront garden. Parking for unit 10. No access to storage space under the building.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
The Neighborhood:
This location is uniquely surrounded by lush public parks on two sides and quiet right beach in front. Two blocks walk inland to Narrabeen lakes. Similar short walking distance to main bus line, shops, post office, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, children play gym parks, and beach side cafes. At the heart of a rare thin strip of land between the beach and lake, offering quiet, relaxing and energizing connection to nature.
Getting Around:
Short walk of a few minutes to main bus transport and taxis stands. Safe and convenient private parking dedicated to unit 10 and located within property walls.
Other Things to Note:
Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour.
