We had a 6 night stay and cannot fault this hotel. The staff were all very efficient and polite, all catering was of a very high level in every area, housekeeping was always on point. When in Sydney again we will definitely book the Vibe again, and will be happy to recommend this facility.

It’s good spot but would be nice if they offer complimentary waters in the room. We tried to get late checkout but they couldn’t extend it for us which is also a shame.

The room itself looked dated and felt like it needed a refurbishment. Our bathroom basin was cracked. The location is good and within walking distance to several places (Westfield Sydney etc) which was a pro however the hotel itself was a little disappointing.

Annoyed by the industrial bins in the laneway beneath my room being collected at 12.30am. I was on the first floor and woke up in such a fright from the noise. This continued for a few minutes. When i informed reception in the morning, it was a too bad so sad attitude. Went to the pool and had to put up with squealing kids running and jumping. Poor parenting to say the least. The carpet in the room was torn with holes. Not a very good look.
