Our room was really nice and spacious. The location of the hotel is excellent, as is the lobby area. We needed a refund on the breakfast for the remainder of our stay as it wasn’t very good at all. Housekeeping could be better, it seemed they just made the bed and replaced a couple of things but didn’t actually clean (bathroom remained dirty throughout the stay) and didn’t always restock teas/coffees. Had lunch at the storehouse and found it unnecessarily difficult and restrictive.

Rooms weren’t clean. Surfaces were dusty and there was mould in the bathroom coming from the tap. The breakfast was pretty bad, especially for the price. Limited and poor menu, very basic quality — like school camp food. Asking for anything to be brought up to the room (amenities etc took forever and I often had to go down to get it in the end).

Underwhelming stay. The room was aged and had a very noisy air con system. The bathroom had several hairs in the shower and bath. The staff were curteous but not warm or welcoming. I had to prompt for my comp bottle of wine. Underwhelming compared to other hotels with a similar star rating and cost.

Very decent hotel in a good location

Very decent hotel in a good location. The bathroom accessories, i.e., the bath, shower head, taps, etc., are very old. The bath itself is very small and cramped, very uncomfortable for tall people (my height is 190 cm). Not saying these are deal breakers, rather than a note for those who such things are important to them.
