About this space
Welcome to our brand new Tiny House! You can relax and enjoy the Florida sun in the outside porch. This tiny house is centrally-located and everything in it is brand new. The tiny house is detached from the main house. You will have your own covered porch plus uncovered porch. There are no shared spaces with the main house guests. PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB the main house guests. This beautiful tiny house has a full bath and kitchen in the first floor and the bed is upstairs. Bienvenidos!

You can park your car in the driveway to the right (main house guests will park to the left) NOTE: THE CEILING IS 4 FT HIGHT OVER THE BED AND THE MAX HIGH IS 6 FT IN THE CENTER OF THE LOFT. PLEASE WATCH YOUR HEAD) PLEASE TAKE OFF your shoes to go up to the second floor.

Adorable tiny house convenient to wverything

Tiny house in residential neighborhood with tons of local flare very close by and easy access to all of the attractions in Tampa. The property manager was quick to address small problems even before we knew about them. The house was clean and perfect. Quaint little stop for a vacation. We stayed 4th of July weekend and even with all the fireworks outside it wasn't anything that would even keep us awake.

Tiny home was clean and had everything we needed. Convenient to downtown Tampa and Raymond James Stadium were we attended a concert. Checking in and out was easy. Overall a great stay.

Good Weekend Stay

The place is cute, clean and convenient. We came for a weekend stay for a wedding downtown, it was an easy 15 minute drive to the venue. Enjoyed staying here instead of a hotel. Would stay again.

The location was close to stores, food options, and the bus stop. It was clean, quiet, and affordable. The air conditioning was excellent. There was a small heater there in case we needed it. The small refrigerator was handy. We would have liked to have had wash cloths, hand towels, and kitchen towels along with the 3 bath towels that we had. A small table/cupboard in the bathroom would have helped a lot since there was no extra counter space around the sink. We enjoyed our stay.

Love!!!

We loved this tiny home! It was very comfortable and the area was quiet. Such a fun home! We would recommend bringing some additional shampoo and conditioner if you plan to stay a while (we stayed 7 nights). Overall, we had a blast here!

Tiny house stay

The neighborhood was very quiet and we enjoyed our stay. The only improvements we recommend is to add room darking blinds to prevent the sunlight and some kind cushion for the edge for the sleep area. But we still enjoyed the stay.

Perfect Location

Overall it was a great place to stay for a quick weekend getaway. The perfect location by many places like Busch Gardens and Ybor City..etc. I would recommend.
