Our studio is located right in the middle of Ybor`s lively nightlife and historic charm! You`ll be steps away from the best bars, restaurants, and entertainment spots, perfect for weekend fun. Plus, with Tampa`s free trolley just outside, you’re minutes from downtown, the Cruise Terminal, Channelside, Water Street, Amalie Arena, and Dale Mabry Stadium. Walk to Ybor’s famous dining spots or hop on the trolley for a quick trip to explore everything in Tampa.
The space
Stay in a brand-new, sleek, and modern Aparthotel-style building located in the heart of Ybor City. With many identical units, we can offer a lot of flexibility with early check-ins and late checkouts to suit your schedule. Our building also features coworking areas for those who need to stay productive while traveling. Starting in November, you`ll have access to our on-site pool—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring or working.

Pool is open for guest use during your stay. Feel free to enjoy it at your convenience!

Free Parking & Amenities

Parking in Ybor can be pricey, but we’ve got you covered! Enjoy free parking, while others pay up to $40 per night. You’ll also find blackout curtains to help reduce the noise from the lively streets Thurs-Sun nights, letting you rest easy after a night out.
Free parking is on a separate parking garage, a brief walk from the building.

Guest Screening & Damage Protection

• We partner with a third-party company called Enzo for screening and Reservation Confirmation.
• You’ll need to:
○ The Primary Reservation holder must provide a Government ID

Building and Condo Security Measures

• Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels.
• Surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment)

ADDITIONAL FEE`S:

Pet Cleaning Fee (Per Pet)

Our pet fee structure is as follows:

• Short stays: $25 per pet, per night
• 8–28 nights: Flat $200 fee per pet
• 29+ nights: Flat $300 fee per pet

NOTE : The pet fee will be charged separately once the booking is confirmed.

Unregistered pet fee: $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Fee (based on availability of cleaners)

• $25 for 2PM or $50 for 12PM Early Check-In, subject to host approval.
• $25 for 12PM Late Check-Out, subject to host approval.

AMENITY DISCLAIMER:

• Amenities outside of the apartment are managed by the building and are subject to maintenance outside of our control.
• Maintenance does not warrant a refund. Please inquire about the amenity status before booking.

Additional Note:
For refunds issued outside the cancellation policy, a 3% processing fee will be deducted, as Stripe does not refund the original payment processing fees on refunded transactions.

BUILDING ACCESS

• You are required to have a smart phone for the entire trip. The locks for the building work through a smart phone application.

NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATION

• We are located in the very center of the lively Ybor neighborhood! You will be in the heart of the party. Noise is limited during the day, however on some days music can be heard from the street inside the apartment lightly, even as late as 2AM. It is not overbearing, but vibrations can be felt.
HOUSE RULES:

Pet Rules Policy

• Pet weight limit: 35 lbs.
• No Pitbulls
• All pets must be housetrained
• Pets must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves

Unregistered pet fee: $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200

No Smoking Policy

• Smoking will result in a $500 fine.

No Party Policy

• Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed.
○ Violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund.

Noise Curfew Policy

• Noise curfew:
○ 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays)
○ 10 PM–8 AM (weekends)

• Penalties for violation:
○ First: Complimentary warning.
○ Second: $100 fine.
○ Third: Immediate eviction with no refund.

Guest Interaction with Building Staff Policy

• This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests.

• For questions or concerns, contact the host directly.

• Only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency.

Checkout Process/Cleaning Policy

• Must load and start dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware.

• Please dump food waste in the garbage—not in the sink disposal.

• Place all trash in trash can or dispose in the trash shoot.


Guest Policy

• No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation.

• Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. (Building Rules)

PACKAGES

•We are not allowed to accept mail orders to the building since there is only 1 unique mailbox key per apartment. However, I recommend getting a PO Box at the local USPS and having orders shipped there.
