Pet Friendly but a few things needed to be worked on.a) blinds in living room, kept falling down, needed a new rod since the clips kept breaking the shadesb) thermostat did not work initially. After some time and a few back and forth, Owner wanted to come over and look at the screen but I had just had surgery and I do know how to work a thermostat. Finally the touch screen worked after 2 days.c) AC - did not work at all. System and thermostat need to be replaced. It got up to 94 degrees several days towards the end and the AC did not work. It got up to 88 in the condo. d) Owner could not be reached during the week or during the daytime. Gave my phone number out for him to call, but he would just want to email. When taking a trip/vacation, you are visiting so phone contact was needed not an email message Saturday morning saying he can stop out on Saturday afternoon.

Absolutely PERFECT

We would absolutely stay over and over again! This house was exactly as listed. Check in was easy and check out was even easier. Very clean! Beautiful neighborhood and when I needed to get a hold of the owner he responded right away. My family LOVED this house! & We were actually sad to leave. We frequently visit the Tampa area and plan to rent this home for future visits! You will 100% Enjoy your stay in this home!

We will be back!

My family had a fabulous experience for our quick weekend getaway for my son's 15th bday. The home was very cozy, clean and welcoming. Everything was as described. Our host Matt was awesome!! Communication was great and even paid the entrance for our whole family into Mirada Lagoon. This home is a must. Quiet neighborhood and location is great. So glad we took advantage of the pool as well, the water was perfect temp. We will be booking this home with Matt again!
