The toilet clogged and the only option I had was to go to office and get a used plunger to plunge it myself. An ant climbed on me in the bed, and a roach woke me up at 4 AM and I checked out within a half hour and there was nobody there to check me out.

I made my reservation online and I specifically requested the Temple Terrace eastern building, because it advertised free breakfast, Upon arrival, I was told my assignment was in the western building, where amenities are fewer. In that building I encountered only one staff during my stay. While she was helpful, she couldn't manage the entire property. For example, someone had vomited directly in front of the main entrance. People had to walk around it for hours. It was finally cleaned up in the middle of the night. Fortunately the room was within easy walking distance of a Bob Evans restaurant. At least the bed was clean and comfortable.
