This two double bed was the smallest and the uncomfortable room i have ever sayed in (Hampton Inn) every time i had to use the bathroom, i had to walk around the other bed l, waking the other sleeper EVERY TIME!!! It was a tight but we made it through the night. I WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN. The front desk was overwhelmed and couldn't keep up with everything that was happening on a sold out saturday night!!! Also, the breakfast was cramped and hard to get food (to many people) the seating area fir breakfast was also cramped and uncomfortable!!! Not a happy experience!!! I a as glad it was only for one night!!!!

Holly was absolutely awesome and friendly! The shuttle service is wonderful! Would love it if there was a lobby available to wait in that is separate from the breakfast/dining area.

Breakfast was great lots of offerings hot and cold. Staff was so accommodating. Our cruise ship was delayed getting to port by 8 hours. They let us all stay in lobby kept the coffee coming and refilled the infused water multiple times. Staff was very friendly and polite. I would definitely stay here again and recommend as a clean friendly stay night before a cruise. Quick uber ride to port got us there even with the delay.

Room was very small but clean & comfy. We had our cruise delayed due to fog & there were maybe 25-30 people that had to hang out until 7:00pm+ and the Front Desk gal was awesome! She worked all by herself & handled all of us in the lobby plus all others checking out and checking in and answering a zillion phone calls as there were 3 ships full of people whose flights were cancelled that all were scrambling for a hotel to stay in. She did an amazing job! I did not get her name but the date was Saturday December 6, 2025.
