The facility is in need up a facelift and deep cleaning! Doesn’t look like hallways have been vacuumed in a while. Our room smelled like it had been smoked in and barely vacuumed. We just basically slept in the room and used the room for less than 6 hours. The beds did seem clean and comfortable enough.

Breakfast area was dirty. All that was there were waffles ( need more mix they use same container and added mid to it),bread, bagels, broken juice dispenser, a gallon of milk, and coffee. Very limited, when stating breakfast there should be breakfast. All surfaces in breakfast area were dirty. Tub was rusted and nasty looking. Bedding had stains.

I’m so disappointed about me and my family stay at this Laquita inn location. I have stayed at Laquita inn numerous times in different cities and states. This one by far was the absolute worse. The hotel was so dirty there is no way this Hotel can pass state inspections every year. It was so bad I took pictures to send to corporate. There were dirty laundry in the hallway all night on the second floor, the breakfast was terrible, the apples I cut into were rotten and I have pictures as well . The front desk area I’ve never been to a hotel where the greeting area was so dirty and dingy. When we checked out the guy at the front desk was not friendly at all, just rude especially when I mentioned the condition of the room and the hotel interior appearance. I really want a refund, I’ve never stayed at a Laquinta and had this bad of an experience. This Hotel needs a overhaul !!!, The owners of this hotel should be fined with a hefty fine until they get this location up to par. I had a family member that once managed a hotel so I know for a fact how inspections should go , this hotel is so bad they must be paying off the inspector. The condition of the rooms , the doors were even terrible and felt in safe it barely locked correctly. I will be reaching out to corporate office today about this matter along with proof and pictures. Something needs to be done about this hotel location. In town for the state fair and I’m sad I booked at that hotel. Bad experience.

The property needs maintenance attention and the house keeping staff needs to pay attention to the little things like replacing empty tissue boxes.

The room door was sticking the latch security latch was compromised but otherwise everything appeared pretty good. Could be concerning about the security of the room
