Beautiful private suite, great for all kind of visitors, professionals and or if relocating and need to stay for short term. The suite is conveniently located close to Hospitals such as Advent Health, VA.
University of San Leo and USF, USAA and MetLife.

The beautiful independent suite and bathroom is located in a secluded neighborhood, to relax and enjoy your peace and quiet. It has a built in working station,
microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker.
The space
The 2nd Master suite is beautifully renovated. It lays down in the back of the house in a secluded area. It has an independent entrance with a stunning view to the pond.

Guests have only access to their bedroom suite and bathroom.

We are very happy to host you. However, we enjoy a quiet place. So we ask you to please read the rules of the house to make sure your life style meets ours. We don’t aloud loud noises. No high volume devices, or music. Please keep all the connecting doors closed and lights that you are not using off. No alcohol, no tobacco or any drugs aloud. No extra guests or visitors either. Unless you request this before hand and guest can be verified and at extra charge. Other than that we want you to enjoy your peaceful time with us.
