When we arrived we found a HUGE clump of black hair in our bed. We called the front desk and were offered new blankets, we then discovered cockroaches in the room. This is the WORST PLACE WE HAVE EVER STAYED. Do not be fooled by good reviews like we were and waste your money on a literal roach motel.

Stayed for 4 nights and mainly because i was sick with a sinus infection the room was nice floor was a little dirty when arriving in my room but the only reason for four stars is because the second morning several people and children we're literally screaming in the hallway and had to call the front desk and was resolved the other was the maid vacuuming the hallway took almost a hour running the vacuum into my door over and over again repeatedly around 2 pm i didn't put the " did not disturb " on the door so maybe my fault idk and the walls are very thin i had to leave my television on and i was again disturbed the third night from 3 to 4 am by some very rude neighborz is what it is i had the breakfast the last day and was 100% thank you to the front desk lady and the breakfast attendant ultimately not a bad deal and i recovered well.

stayed for several nights. on Monday, 12/29 the breakfast was lacking from that of prior days. no biscuits, gravy or muffins which left one with few options. the breakfast is why i chose SpotX as there are multiple hotel options in this area.

1. Roaches 2. Low water pressure 3. Pool table in lobby guests were loud with music playing until 1:30 AM, manager would not address the issue 4. Bed was terribly hard & low platformed. 5. Was promised to be comped for one night still waiting for this to be done. They did move us to higher floor the room seemed cleaner and it was quieter.
