Minutes from all daily needs/restaurants/mall. CASINO-13 mi; DT Tampa/ YBOR city-14mi; Airport-24mi; USF/BUSCH GARDENS -20 mi; Gulf BEACHES 40mi; Disney World 65mi. WIFI. NO PARTIES~
If you are found to be having a party or have more than the number of registered guests at the property you will immediately be evicted by the county sheriff's department. Monetary damages will apply if this rule is broken. Please communicate to the host if you are thinking of having extra guests over during the day. You cannot unplug the WiFi router under any circumstance. $575 fee will apply plus the cost of having someone go out there and plug back in. NO SMOKING~

We came down for the birth of our first grandchild and this house was very convenient to everything and everywhere we wanted to be. The house was in great shape and the one small thing we needed was taken care of immediately upon our request. We had a great stay and really enjoyed the large screened in porch

I booked this through expedia and did not have VRBO app. No communication about how to check in and the add was misleading about the proximity to downtown and Amelie stadium. We were never able to check in and had to book somewhere else

This was an amazing stay! My family and I came to Florida to meet my new grandson and see my daughter, so I needed a place big enough to accommodate us all. This was perfect! The house was as described!! Peaceful! Comfortable! We will definitely stay in the house again!

The home was very out dated. Only one TV in the entire home. It has a moldy scent. My entire party left with stuffy noses and sneezing. The bathrooms were very old and outdated. No ice and ice machine was not great.

Great location and responsiveness of property manager

Loved the location. It is right in the middle of everything and only 45 minutes from clearwater. It had soap towels coffee and cooking supplies. I had a time crunch and messaged the property manager and actually recieved a quick reply.

Perfect Weekend

We were in town for a wedding and this home was perfect. Great location, perfectly furnished and very clean. We had everything we needed. The screened in back patio was an added bonus. Our hosts were also very responsive with communication. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. Thank you.

Very Nice!

I was visiting the area to meet my new granddaughter and didn’t want to disrupt their lives by staying with them at their home so I decided to try this. It was perfect! While I didn’t spend a lot of time there, it was very nice for sleeping and the shower was great. Very quiet neighborhood too! I was within 3 miles of my daughters home which made coming and going nice. I’m very happy I found a place that works for what I need. Thank you to the host!

Family Time

Location was great! Easy access to everything! Very quiet neighborhood! I don’t know when this house was last rented before me, but these discrepancies could have been avoided!!! However
.The house was not as clean as prescribed! Many spider webs in multiple corners and porch, big red ants coming from MBR and bath. The floors were filthy, you can’t see the dirt because of the dark tile. I had to mop the entire house. Kitchen drawers had spice/food residue,Blue masking tape remained from previous paint job (?)Water pressure in the MBR was terrible! Hardly any pressure at all! (This was supposed to have been fixed) Had to stand REALLY close to get wet! Awaken early Saturday morning to the grass being mowed :( Why wasn’t this done before we arrived? There was this horrible smell, didn’t know if it was coming from the couch or the water pipes.(?)We covered the couch with the sheets and lit candles, after the 2nd day, the smell subsided
could use an upgraded refrigerator that makes ice instead of a portable ice maker on the counter(?) making noise ALL NIGHT and DAY. We reserved this rental well in advance
 Too short of a stay to rent something else. This was my first stay at a VRBO. This was not a good experience!!! Overall, this could have been a good stay if the above mentioned discrepancies were addressed with a thorough walkthrough. I don’t normally write reviews but these were excessive! I felt like the whole house was dirty! Garage too! No communication from owner!

Great little place

We rented this house as it was close proximity for our family to stay in to be close to our friends house in Bloomingdale area. It was very clean. The beds and couch were very comfortable. There is a better selection of cookware then what we have had in other places, though we mainly did breakfast here. Convenient to downtown Tampa for the children's museum and other places. There was an issue the water pressure in the naster bath, but owners were quick to respond when we reached out. We will be staying here again the next time we come down to visit our friends.

Clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood

Easy to get in and out, super clean and comfortable little house. Just off one of the Valrico area main arteries, everything you need within a couple miles and quick ride to highway.

Our family was there for my sons wedding. It was a wonderful place that fit our needs. It was nice and clean. My only disappointment was that the water in the shower had very low pressure. I don't know if its the water or if there are blockages in the shower head itself.

Mickey and Li were very flexible and accommodating. The home was everything we could ask for. Very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. It’s location was very convenient in proximity of family. Will definitely use it again.

Absolutely wonderful accommodations.

What a wonderful time it was to stay in this beautiful home during my trip. Everything from the kitchen, to the bathrooms and bedrooms was first class and clean as a whistle. Loved the beautiful patio to have my morning coffee which was very relaxing and spacious. The location was absolutely perfect with plenty of restaurants, gyms, and grocery stores to choose from and very close to downtown Tampa. Easy commute to and from Tampa International airport as well which was great!! I highly recommend this property when you visit Tampa, Florida.

The house was very clean. The beds and living area furniture were comfortable and the screened porch was nice for sitting and relaxing. Nice quiet street. Great location close to stores and restaurants. Check in and check out was easy. We really liked this house and would definitely stay here again in the future!
