Hotel is new which is why we rated it clean. The hotel policy on daily cleaning, replacement of towels, tissue and trash removal is just terrible. One evening the host stated they had no towels and we had placed used towels on the floor. During a thee night stay with three rooms purchased for family, NOT ONE DAY DID TRASH GET REMOVED, BEDS MADE OR TOWELS GET REFRESHED.

For a price close to 400$ this hotel had no included breakfast and the lobby was absurdly lit brightly lit. The staff was terrific but overall the price was far more expensive than the experience

Great place, brand new as this year I assume. Very reasonable on price, be patient with the staff as they are just learning. They accidentally charged my car $68 and instantly refunded it. New systems and learning curve. But I would stay here again. 3 min from hard rock Tampa.

Nice property. It’s our second staying there on the last month and half. It’s new, clean, convenient and has been much more affordable than a lot of other properties. Staff was very nice as well. We would certainly return when we visit the area again.
