The bathroom did not close shut. Construction problem. Hot water for showers took forever to get to the third floor level. The entry door to the suite was very heavy to open and swing open. Does not meet ADA. Coffee served on the main level was not good. On the other hand.. Staff treated us very well. Room super clean. Bed and Pillow very comfortable. Staff very friendly

Sheets were like sand paper, $150 night room no continental breakfast, not even coffee included. Staff completely uncommunicative. I will never stay at another Wyndam property.

There was no hot water in the room for 2 days. When I communicated it to the room service staff, they said they would check on it but never got back to me. Customer service was very lacking and staff seemed inexperienced.

My only complaint is little to no hot water. When I inquired about it at the front desk, I was told to let the water run for a few minutes. After 15 minutes we gave up. Unless the water issue is fixed, we will not be returning. It’s a shame as it’s a great location to the fairgrounds.

Firstly, our room was on the ground floor, off the reception and beside the ice maker machine - woke up at midnight and heard loud music, after 10 minutes I got up and walked into reception and the front desk person was oblivious to the loudness of the music - finally realized I was there and asked him to turn it down. Back to bed and before 6 am workers clattering around and talking loudly with no concern to guests. By 6.30am had to get coffee as tired and a thumping headache - 2 cups of coffee (half a cup of coffee in one cup) a stale muffin and a yogurt for $18 - disgusting. Will not return to this franchise. Yes, I did review directly with hotel too.

Our room door would not latch when closed so anyone could enter the room just by pushing the door open. No room key would be required. When return the shower on the showerhead came off spraying water all over the bathroom floor. The lights in the room were extremely bright, especially the bedside lights, which were just bare bulbs and had no light covers or shades on them. They should be at least covered and better yet have a variable lighting so you could dim the lights.

Rooms were fine, it’s brand new so I didn’t understand the rust stains in the shower so early but I would suggest cleaning the bathroom shower walls in the corners better and taking care of that stuff more as well. I’m a bathroom person first. If bathroom isn’t clean to my standards I tend to leave
