"The staff were really nice and helpful, the front desk area has amenities that are free to take. I like that one floor you can microwave and get free beverages, you may hang out and eat in that area also. I liked that there is a water station in each floor you can get for free and my friends and I like to get some to drink and to make hot water. The public bathhouse was nice and have direction while there was a lot of laundry machine in the same floor. "
