Took a family trip to Japan and the Act Hotel was our first stay of several. Although it’s a small boutique hotel it had great amenities and comfortable beds. The location was in a nice quiet area and near transit stations. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.

For the price it’s a good hotel. However, staff just seemed like they did not care about you or want to talk to you that much. With that being said, we did not have any issues with them or with our stay. It was a small room, but for the price it’s well worth it. Additionally it’s in a very good location and next to the station.

The staff were superb and friendly. We left our International Driving Licenses behind and the hotel notified us right away and had them sent to us at our next destination within one day. Cozy and Convenient

We had an excellent stay at the ACT Hotel. It was clean, staff was pleasant. We had towel service daily. Room was small depending on where you are used to staying. We came from the United states so this was a very small room but it was comfortable, clean, had everything that we needed in it. We even had to use the laundry room and it was clean. Very conveniently located to subway, restaurants, convenient stores and mall. I would definitely stay again.
