The one bed room is perfect for a solo traveller. It is small, but still had enough room to open an XL suitcase fully. You don’t feel the need for more space. Room was very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the AC was STRONG! Location is right beside an entrance to Shinjuku station. The entrance is one street back from the main roadway, so you can get a taxi easily. Would book again no doubt.

Very nice hotel, the breakfast was great, the rooms cleans but the only thing was the room didn’t have any drawer to put personal stuff or clothes, a little small compare to the original photos. In general everything was good I recommend this hotel, the location is near from the metro station.

We had a wonderful stay in the standard queen bedroom for 5 nights. The hotel is very centrally located about 5 minute walk from Shinjuku Station (Koshu-kaido exit). It was a great base for us to explore many areas in Tokyo. While the property is in the heart of Shinjuku, the street where it it located is quiet. The room was compact, yet it had all the amenities for comfort and convenience, including a good supplies of toiletries. The housekeeping was great, so were all the front desk staff. Everyone was helpful and professional. The self-serve laundry facility and the water dispenser were excellent features. Highly recommend!

Air conditioner not working

Everything about the room was great, but the air conditioner stopped working on our second night. The front desk tried resetting it on their side but this only worked sometimes. On our last night they offered to move rooms for us but it was already past midnight at this point. Early morning the day we were planning to leave they brought us a portable ac unit.

The hotel was conveniently located near Shinjuku station making getting around easy. It was within walkable distance of everything you’d need and some of the sights around the Shinjuku area. The hotel was quiet and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was a little small but big enough for our needs. The room was clean and tidy no issues and would I recommend a stay here and would stay again if I returned to the area.
