The capsule itself was very clean and is made up each day. I would recommend wearing ear plugs as other customers were quite noisy. The washroom was a bit grubby but that was because of how many were using it .It was also cleaned daily. Great if travelling on a budget. Great location.
We stayed one night.Interesting concept. Clean bed, small space, cant bring luggage upstairs which is understandable. Small locker room area. Cute lobby and neighborhoud. Overall nice experience, for short stay.
I found the pod much more comfortable than expected.
I was also grateful that there was space for luggage that was too big to fit in the locker.
I did sign up for the sleep report but have not received it. It may take a few days?
Sleep pod is simple. Power plug and USB-A charging outlet. Camera looking thing in the sleep pod was curious. Are they watching you sleep? Lockers are small. Could barely fit my luggage. While inexpensive, would probably look for regular hotel room for the space.
Ventilation in the capsule is very noisy. Bring noise canceling headset. Locker room/storage space is extremely limited. Won't recommend for ppl with larger suitcases or any suitcase for that matter.
Location is fine, near metro station with marunouchi and ginza line
everything was great about the staff & property. it was very clean & very close to the subway. what ruined it fore was the other guests who were very noisy & i was wearing earplugs.
