We really like this apartment. It is right next to the CN Tower. It’s just such a great location everywhere you need to go is easily walkable and or you could take an Uber with cheap prices. A great weekend stay

The view and central location are excellent. However, the price is quite high, especially considering that parking is not included. The escalators are often crowded, and it can take a long time to reach the parking area.

Room itself was amazing , HOWEVER , the staff’s communication at the front desk was extremely rude, be prepared to be talked down too when not understanding what staff are saying.. as well as the snappy directions you receive when asking about where to go because there’s 2 separate buildings as well as a separate parking garage, other than that it was ok

The property is in a very nice area, very convenient for touring around Toronto downtown. My problem with this property specifically is that it is advertised as a premium property and had a premium price, but there is nothing premium about it. It is inside a very nice apartment tower, but that is it. The apartment itself is not premium or luxurious in any way so you are paying for the location and not what you are getting in the apparertment itself. And on top of everything, the crew at the front desk is rude and unhelpful. I was misdirected, given the keys to a different unit with no explanation as to why, given no details, no welcome, not even hello. And while I was there I saw three conflicts happening with three different guests. It is the worst experience I have ever had with front desk people. This completely ruined the experience for me and will never stay in this location again.
