The well-equipped kitchen includes granite counters, a commercial oven and stove, spacious refrigerator, deep fryer, and all cookware and tableware. The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, en-suite bath with lit white onyx sinks, and a luxurious fully furnished balcony overlooking Soliman Bay. The main house guest room contains a queen-sized bed and its own en-suite bathroom with marble, granite and onyx finishes. Head upstairs to the roof terrace to take in the panoramic view of the sea.

A short stroll under a large traditional Mayan palapa will lead you to two separate casitas each with a bedroom and a private bathroom…both with views of the Caribbean Sea.

An outdoor shower finished in marble provides an elegant space to clean the sand off at the end of a relaxing beach day. If you fancy an outdoor meal, you will find a “kitchen palapa”, equipped with a large gas grill, bar refrigerator (which can be stocked upon request), bar stools and a special dining table designed from the cross-section of a large tree.

Wander down to the pristine beach for some quiet time surfside. Enjoy the soft Caribbean sands, or nap the day away in a Mayan hammock under a rustic pergola. If you feel you’ve rested enough, get in the water on our paddle boards or kayaks and enjoy Soliman Bay which is protected by the 2nd largest natural reef in the world…perfect for snorkeling!

If you are in the mood to explore, you will find yourself conveniently close to the ancient attractions of Tulum, as well as its burgeoning restaurant scene. The Coba ruins and those unique crystal-clear cenotes of the region are nearby as well.
