Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Nothing fancy, but hotel is in great location and a very reasonable price. Breakfast buffet was the usual assortments of breads, pastries, cereal, yogurt, etc. Totally met my expectations

Newly renovated rooms, complete with kitchenette and stuffs that you need. Clean room. I love having slippers in the rooms. Breakfast is good as well, very attentive staff, ask us if we wanted our room to be made. Front desk person is very friendly, gave us extra set of towels. Good price . Hopefully they'll renovate the exterior of the building too specially the pool.

Good location to start tour of B.C after flying into Vancouver. Room dingy, smelly and very dusty. As soon as went in, saw dirty stained sheets on bed. Once we told the cleaning staff to their credit they quickly apologised and 4 hurried in and changed all the bedding on both beds. Car park shared with laundry company. Lorries turned up and engines left running, people laughing and talking into early morning. In over 30 years of regular travel to Canada and USA this is the worst hotel we've stayed at. Would have left had we not been travelling over 13 hours.

The staff did an amazing job with breakfast every morning. The coffee was fantastic! The best continental breakfast I have had at a hotel. They also allowed me to checkout and keep my luggage until my evening flight, giving me another day to explore the beauty of Vancouver. They did everything possible to accommodate my requests during my stay.

The staff people at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. The room was a previous smoking room and still smelled of stale smoke which was a little jarring every time we walked in. It was outdated but clean. The hotel was completely full while we were there but I never heard other guests.
