Massimo was an excellent host. The apartment had everything we needed and was an excellent location. About a 7-min walk to vaporetto station and 10 min walk to San Marco area. Great cafe, gelateria and bakery around the corner and a very nice piazza with great bars, cicchetti and ristorantes just a few blocks away. Views from apartment right along the canal were a nice bonus.

Excellent & quiet location next to canal, Massimo a very helpful and friendly host. Apartment comes stocked with useful items for guests like olive oil, salt & pepper, washing machine pod, dish soap, toilet paper. Would happily stay again.

Amazing location and even more amazing host. Massimo was the best—very communicative, helpful recommendations, and warm hearted. We took up most of his recommendations and thoroughly enjoyed our time seeing the hidden jewels of Venice (as well as all of the iconic spots). The apartment had everything we needed and was perfectly located to reach everywhere we wanted to go in 15 minutes or less. We loved the neighborhood and would happily stay here again!

Tour of Italy - Venice

This was a wonderful stay in Venice! It was our first time and Mossimo was extremely helpful when we arrived. The apartment was just right for our family of 5 - we enjoyed that it was in a quieter part of the city away from the heavy tourist traffic, but easy to walk to sights like the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark’s square. Would highly recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Venice!

Wonderful host, great location

Massimo is a wonderful host! Very helpful with recommendations and so very attentive. The apartment was perfectly situated, comfortable, and has everything a family needs. Bakery and market were nearby . Walk to ferry takes 5-7 minutes. Loved our stay. Would definite come back again. Thank you, Massimo!

Gracious host

Massimo was a wonderful host. He communicated with us regularly to make sure we had all the information we needed, provided restaurant and sightseeing recommendations, and even helped us locate gluten free options! The apartment was in a great location with easy walking to all the major sites. We loved being so close to a vaporetto stop when we needed to go longer distances. Definitely recommend!

Such a great place and even better host!

We stayed there after a cruise for a several days before heading home. Our communication with the host Massimo was seamless! He was quick to respond, met us at the apartment and walked us through everything. He provided maps and an enormous amount of information of what to see, where to eat locally, and where to go. He even helped us organize our departure to the airport. Just a great host and we would love to stay there again when back in Venice!

Comfortable apartment, great value and location, friendly host.

More authentic apartment in quieter part of Venice. Close to everything. Comfortable stay for our family with canal view. There was a few mosquitos per the time of the year but we were provided with repellent and zappers so they weren’t a bother. Couldn’t figure out the washer but that’s likely just us and we didn’t really need it so we never bothered the host.

Massimo is an excellent host, very friendly and helpful. This is the second time we’ve stayed in one of his apartments and it won’t be the last. The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped and quiet. It’s in an excellent location 10 mins walk from both St Mark’s Square and Rialto but slightly off the tourist track in a residential area where the locals say good evening to you as you pass in the street. It feels very safe walking around at any time, including in the dark. There are many bars and restaurants in the area which are frequented by the locals and Massimo sent through lots of tips on places and restaurants to visit. There’s a baker’s 2 mins away and a Co-op 5 mins away so easy to get supplies. Communication was very easy before the stay via VRBO and during the stay via WhatsApp and Massimo gives you clear instructions on how to get to the apartment. We messaged him when we got on the boat from the airport and he was standing at the end of the street the apartment is in to meet us and make sure we didn’t miss the turning. Thoroughly recommended.

Parfait, du début è la fin.

Appartement impeccable où il ne manquait absolument rien. Le quartier est sympathique mais l'hôte l'est encore davantage. En arrivant de l'aéroport l'arrêt du vaporetto est à 5 minutes à pied, une boulangerie ainsi qu'un bon resto sont à moins de 3 minutes. Bref, pour visiter Venise nous n'aurions pas pu trouver mieux.

Très bon séjour dans l’appartement de Massimo. La communication était simple et efficace, l’accueil a l’arrivée très sympathique. L’appartement est très bien situé et surtout très calme, avec de bons restaurants à proximité. Nous étions 6 personnes et l’organisation de l’espace était optimisée, c’était impeccable. Je recommande absolument !

Très bon séjour chez Massimo qui nous a accueilli et donné toutes les informations nécessaires à notre voyage. L'appartement est bien situé dans le quartier de Cannaregio (10 min du Rialto et proche de l'embarcadère pour les îles) avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Le logement est très bien adapté pour une famille de 4 personnes, nous n'avons manqué de rien pour cuisiner, la literie est plutôt bonne et Massimo nous a offert quelques spécialités en guise de bienvenue. Nous recommandons!

Endroit agréable et très bien situé pour profiter de Venise

Un appartement très fonctionnel et agréable. Une très bonne literie (idéal pour un couple et deux enfants) Le propriétaire était très accueillant et réactif. Boulangerie et petits commerces à deux pas. Le quartier est vraiment authentique, proche d'un embarcadère (5 minutes à pied) pour aller sur les iles ou autres. Tout est fait pour se sentir en vacances. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit !

J’ai trouvé l’appartement compact, fonctionnel et, chose importante, lumineux. Il offre une vue agréable et est bien situé. Et je ne pouvais rêver meilleur hôte que Massimo, accueillant et attentionné : je me suis sentie bien entourée et en confiance. Accueil chaleureux et emplacement parfait !

Super séjour dans ce petit appartement très fonctionnel. Bien situé dans un quartier calme mais proche du Rialto. Accueil par Massimo très sympathique qui est venu nous attendre sur le quai et qui avait préparé à notre attention une carte de Venise avec les lieux à voir.
