The suite has 180 degrees of ocean frontage on the tranquil setting at 10 mile point.   The area is considered by many to be the best water view property in Victoria where you can enjoy salmon and cod fishing, scuba diving, paddle boarding and kayaking right out the front door. Sea lions, Killer Whales, marine birds of all kinds abound.

You can see boats of all types travel between the Gulf Islands and the San Juan Islands and Victoria's Inner Harbour all day long. Quiet and secluded yet close to amenities. Only a 6-minute drive to the University of Victoria, Uplands Golf course, and 20 minutes to downtown Victoria.

Local restaurants include Lemongrass Thai, Matsuki An Sushi, Smugglers Pub. Also Peppers grocery, Caddy Bay liquor store and Bliss Spa. Gyro Park Beach is a great local walking beach.
