No up grade, very old , carpet smell, pretty noisy on the street at knight ,Sofa bed uncomforable ,make noise sounds when you turn ,no pillows provide , asked to bring never get it ,staff was rude , good thing can walkable to the beach

The property is in huge need of an update. It was hard to even open our door to having the top of our bed against one of the padio windows. Totally an old surfer place butbit lacks the carm of that time.

People were very very nice. Area could’ve been acceptable. there’s no parking but parking absolutely sucks everywhere in Waikiki so that’s not really their fault however, I even overlooked the baby cockroach in the bathroom, but when the gigantic cockroach ran across the bed with all the lights on while I was sitting on it as if I was in his way, I had to go sleep in my car. No food in the room at all, nothing out nothing to attract it. They’re just here. Oh no, no no no.

Honestly if we were going to be here for more than one night we would have left immediately. Room looks totallydifferent than the pictures show it and it is in extreme need of repair and cleaning. It’s in a convenient area but it’s super noisy and frankly just very disappointing. If you’re looking for a place to stay for more than a day this is not it. Staff was nice but you can tell they have no desire to make this experience any better than it is going to be. Pool had chicken bones in it and was freezing. Just not it.

Not only this Hotel has parking issues. A lots of Hotels in Waikiki area has parking problems. If you rent a car I suggest you find a hotel with free parking.
