This beautifully furnished - spacious ground floor 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment features an open planned kitchen, cosy living area, and space that can accommodate up to 8 people. Our apartment features 6 single beds or 2 king size (zip link) beds plus a double sofa bed in the living room. Complete with free WIFI, SKY cable TV with 70 channels (including Kids channels), heating and a fully equipped kitchen. Upton Road Apartment offers accommodations in Watford where guests can enjoy all the freedom a home brings; a space for everyone to be together and the freedom to eat when you want. A secured private parking is also available on site.

Situated within easy access to Watford Tube Station and Watford Junction Station, which offers a fast 20-minute connection into Central London. Upton Road Apartment is also located just 2 minutes walk from the high street, within touching distance of the area's shopping hotspots. Great Location

This apartment is in a perfect location for Watford High Street and Watford Junction. It was easy to find great places to eat and to get into London.

Did the job!

This apartment is really handy if you are going to the studio tours or want a base somewhere close to London as it is only 12 minutes walk from the station, 5 mins to the town and 10 mins to the local park. We didn't spend that much time in the apartment and there were some aspects that were great - the communication, response from Tope when we discovered there was no hairdryer, modern kitchen, plenty of hot water and very clean. The bedrooms were Ok but the finishing touches were certainly lacking - no lampshades, a shelf missing in the bathroom etc. The apartment is on the ground floor and right next to a busy road so it is not possible to open any windows. Our bathroom window was right next to the smelly bins so again not possible to open the window. It provided reasonable value for money and I really wouldn't want to spend much more for just a 'base'. The apartment says it sleeps 8 but there isn't enough chairs for 8, in fact there isn''t enough sofa space for more than 3 adults and a child! A few bean bags would be a good addition.
