The hotel was clean and well cared for. The staff were exceptional. The hotel was very busy and parking was a challenge. The view side of the building was extremely noisy with large trucks revving engines early morning and well into the evening. One guest was smoking on their balcony.

The complementary breakfasts were great. The pillows in the room need replacing as all flat as a pancake…had a sore neck after the first night. Should be thicker ones included as everyone doesn’t like flat pillows. Friendly, efficient staff.

We checked into our hotel shortly after the check-in time of 3pm, but the room was not available. We waited in the lobby for closed to 2 hours before our room was ready. Despite the hiccup, the staff dealt with the matter promptly and helped us get into the room asap with a fair resolution. Pros: convenience, friendly staff, EV charging, self-serve coffee/tea/water in the lobby Cons: cleanliness- some spots were missed, shower head was not powerful
