NEXT DOOR DEVELOPMENT

It seems anywhere you look these days and on every street there is a new house being built or renovated. Here in West Kelowna we are not immune to this phenomenon.

Our next door neighbor has converted their property to several empty lots up for sale.

Currently, as of August 2025, work is complete for all builds along our property line except for one that will be complete by end of September 2025.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE - We are an operational vineyard. There will be crews onsite and out of your way from time to time for upkeep.
