Nice Room , Public Entrance Not So Much
The room itself was clean and comfortable. Some wear and tear but that is to inspected. Individual HVAC was noisy. When you enter it doesn't look as good as the rooms. Didn't eat the breakfast so no comment. All in all it was okay because one does not sleep in the lobby.

Clean, comfortable is all I need
Whenever I’m in Westford I stay at the Residence Inn. It never fails to deliver a comfortable, clean and pleasant stay. Thor breakfasts are good.

The hotel room was very spacious and clean. It was great to have all of the room amenities. The area has a nice shopping plaza nearby with a great Italian restaurant. The staff was super friendly and helpful! I would not hesitate to stay here again!

The area around and the hotel were spotless. There were multiple entry points for guests and this was helpful for me since I had to go out and stretch a lot, trying not to use my cane. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. The only thing that I did not enjoy was the noise from the other guests, mostly from the children during breakfast. They were so loud and extremely messy. Parents did nothing!! I felt so bad for the staff cleaning up after them constantly but the staff were so friendly, patient and just cleaned up every time with no fuss or complaining. I made sure to thank them for their hard work. Every staff member was courteous and kind despite the crudeness of these entitled kids and their families. THANK YOU to all the staff for making our experience wonderful!
