During my recent stay at that hotel, I experienced a serious inconvenience regarding the elevators. I was staying on the top floor, and when I went to check out in the morning, I discovered that both elevators were out of service. As a guest with a foot condition, I was forced to take the stairs, which was extremely difficult and uncomfortable. When I inquired at the front desk, I was told that elevator service would not be available until 8:00 a.m. or sometime thereafter. Additionally, when I first arrived, only one elevator was functioning, despite the hotel being at high occupancy due to a wedding party. Considering these circumstances, I was left feeling both uncomfortable and greatly inconvenienced. I believe this matter warrants serious attention to prevent similar experiences for future guests.

Great stay for events

Loved the hotel. I came in for my friends wedding and we all enjoyed the bar social in the evenings. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel if you are having a wedding or other event in the area.

I stayed in the hotel one night, first thing i noticed when I walked in was there was an awful smell in the lobby. Check in was easy, going up to the room the elevator was dirty and carpet leading to room was smelly...Room was spacious nice and clean. So the Hotel is nice it just needs proper care .

Thank You For A Great Time

The staff was impeccable! There's plenty of areas for smokers ( no one is on top of each other outside the hotel. The restaurant is beautiful and the staff again impeccable. The food was delicious and NOMA Hotel's beds are the most comfortable I've ever slept on. If I could give 20 stars, I would!

What a Gem. The room spacious and clean ( tub definitely needs elbow grease but that’s why shower shoes are a thing). Overall, The entire team was amazing. It’s a resort like feeling North of Manhattan. THE FOOD OMG where to begin nothing let me down over the four nights!!!! Dominique, Nicole, and Teddy-and the locals who frequent are the reasons we will come back - NOMA SOCIAL just continue to play a variety of music becasue although I love my latin music it was overkill and DJ’s must represent rhe NYC culture to entirely with a good mix and not a centered focus on one genre- BUT STILL A FAVORITE PLACE!!

For the price, I felt it was okay. They really need to upgrade the bathroom fixtures and toilet. The reception and restaurant staff are really nice and give great service. My only real complaint is that it's lower quality for the price.
