All thumbs down! BEWARE!

The appearance and up keep of the lobby definitely cat fished us! Walked in to a festive Halloween vibe. We were never greeted. When we approached the front desk, we met two young ladies staring at their phones devouring some Popeyes chicken. After receiving our key we were instructed to request housekeeping and get what we need from the front desk. Otherwise no service would be provided. When we walked in to our room, the door handle fell off, one lamp worked. Bathroom ceiling vent/heater covering was wonky and looked like someone had been doing maintenance or installing a spy camera. The room had a musty smell even with the air on. Blankets were not provided only two flat sheets. When we called the front desk they said they could only provide one bedspread and that we had to come to the front desk to pick it up. (our room was on the 4th floor). Only the ice machine on the 3rd floor worked. Breakfast bar was disgusting and unclean. When we went to the room after our day at Busch Gardens, there was a cockroach on the bathroom floor. Hands down worst place to stay!

Clean rooms better, no blankets to use no house keeping had 2 towels and wash clothes for 4 people. Room was dirty, needs fridge and microwave in room and a better breakfast selection. Rude service just really bad hotel experience.

Whole place smelled. Breakfast was one of the saddest I’ve ever had at a hotel. Toast, bagels, danishes. Not a single hot item like eggs, ham, sausage, or bacon. Only 2 yogurts in the fridge.

Very disappointing stay. The room was dirty, and the furniture was old and broken. The overall condition of the hotel felt neglected. Breakfast was a disaster, very few options, and the toaster was broken. Definitely not worth the price. I would never stay here again.

Location address given at booking was for a second Days Inn- on the same Road. Went to wrong hotel and had to deal with that confusion and then find the right hotel. Room smelled. Floors were not vacuumed. Spider and spider web in ceiling corner. Pictures crooked. No TV remote. Toilet kept backing up. Breakfast- nothing hot. One of the toasters- pull handles broken off. Cold coffee. Lots of maintenance and updating needed. Pool unsanitary. Super disappointed- was a weekend getaway for family birthday. Location was good. Online Pictures are very deceiving.

Very nice curb appeal and the rooms were just like the pictures. The continental breakfast was great and the person was constantly making sure everything was stocked. Staff was nice and helpful. I really look forward to staying again

This property was not what was advertised. The property was old and falling apart. Upon check in, the woman working at the front desk was harsh and not friendly. A man was standing beside the desk talking to her while we were trying to check in. As soon as we opened the room door, a roach went running across the desk. There was a dried up French fry & piece of cheese on the floor. The sink had a chunk of unidentifiable brown stuff behind the faucet. The drawers were warped & molded inside. Another roach appeared the next day scurrying across the floor. My party also had 2 other rooms. One room had a toilet that wouldn’t flush. The other room door wouldn’t close from the outside and the tub wouldn’t drain so by the end of the shower, she was in shin deep water. The woman at the front desk the next day sighed and spoke disrespectfully to us when we went down to get a receipt, which had never been provided to us rven though it was requested, and tell her about the problems. The only person who we can commend was a Spanish speaking maintenance man who worked very hard to fix everything right away, even though he was working on other rooms. We will not return to the Days Inn by Wyndham or recommend it to anyone else.

Our first room’s toilet was broken but the front desk staff were quick to swap us to another. However, this other room had the security latch broken off of it, and the tub/floor had some hair leftover. The room furniture was quite worn but the bed was comfortable and that was clean. The hot tub was a green/brown color and a lukewarm temperature. The pool was also kind of hazy/murky. Breakfast only had cereal, toast, muffins, coffee and juice so something with some protein or something would have been nice. Overall, it was just okay, but for the price point which it was listed at, it was a little disappointing
