Room was dated and had a bad odor, the heating and cooling unit stopped working and we had to change rooms in the middle of the night.

Staff was nice and rooms were clean. Half of the power ports in room didn’t work nor did the remote. The breakfast wasn’t very good. Eggs were like tires and the juice was just water basically. The coffee was good though.

The staff was really nice and helpful at check-in, the room was really nice and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great and there was plenty of parking.

Eh, okay but not great.

Biggest complaint is out of the three rooms we had reserved for the night, none would thoroughly flush the toilet. It acted as if it was going to overflow. When I told the front desk, they acted surprised but then our friends who also had issues stated they overheard someone else complaining prior to my checkout… it looks like they are trying to spruce up the place with new paint in areas but overall our floor (8th) needs some real work.

Location cannot be beat. We stayed for a golf groups weekend and it was the perfect location, keeping several courses within a 15 minute drive. Beds are excellent and the large rooms were perfect for 10-12 of us to gather for watching some football and hanging out after each round.

Some facility issues, but staff was helpful.

We had two rooms. One had a sink that wouldn’t drain well. The other had a busted phone with wires hanging out and a toilet that ran all night. Addressed the toilet with staff before we left in the morning and came back late that night to find the water turned off to the toilet. Front desk texted and said the tank was cracked and we needed to switch rooms. New room was just down the hall. It was fine, but also had a phone that didn’t work. It also didn’t have hangers or a hair dryer. Staff was helpful, which made the situation better. Breakfast included large premade pancakes, rubbery scrambled eggs, sausage links, and hash browned potatoes for the hot food. Definitely appreciated the well-stocked eggs and sausage. There were also toasters with some bread options, but no gluten free area. There was also cereal, milk and yogurt. I wished they had fresh fruit.

The first room we received a key for did not have working lights and was missing the large mirror on the wall. The staff was nice enough to give us another room but the shower pipes were clogged causing the shower floor to fill with water. The breakfast options were terrible. No fruit options or other bread or bagel options. Really disappointed.

Staff very friendly. (Max) Hotel has had updates. Neat hanging seats along hallways. Room was great. Clean and updated. Slightly small toilet area, but not an issue for us at all. Very nice heated mirror outside of shower/ toilet area. Beds comfy, quiet and convenient- movable small table, wardrobe with drawers. Breakfast was great. Hot eggs, sausage, home fries. Pancakes and other staples. Area was pleasant to eat in. It is an older property, some wear and tear in some spots, but 100% would stay again and it is a great value for the $$.

Breakfast was fine but the cleanliness of room was an issue. The linen had red stains on the bed covers and one of the sheets. Not sure what it was but did not sleep on that bed.
