Private basement and private entrance, one bed room/washroom and living room. Will have a loundry and small kitchen. Have small fridge for your use .close to super store, the property is close to restaurant , and is 5 minutes away from the bus stop to go to city center, owner lives on the property , close to small garden where you can play football and play with your kids, smoking is not allowed in the property but you can smoke outside of the property and no pets/no outdoor shoes in the house .

Holes in the walls. Taps on sink not fastened. On last night we were there, owner was cooking fish upstairs. I would not recommend this place
