Very noisy apartment, horrible management. Not recommended!
The whole process dealing with "Corporate Stay" is a nightmare. They do only remote (out-of-province) communication; they have no one in Winnipeg. Their instructions are ridiculously complicated with door codes and mailbox codes. FOBs for the gym were not working. Help was indicated after 3 days (we don't have anyone locally that can help right now). They charge you a huge deposit fee, which they DO NOT REFUND, unless you fill out an online form (which doesn't work), which they don't make available unless you ask where the refund is. They still have not refunded my deposit. They charge you for every little request very quickly and do not help you if there are issues. They even asked for a "Video" to show that a FOB is not opening a door (typical online stalling tactics). They are the worst company on VRBO I have been dealing with for a long time.The apartment has significant flaws. 1. It’s right next to the train tracks and you hear trains go by 24/7. 2. The in-house ventilation system is noisy and cannot be adjusted. Be prepared to use earplugs at night if you want to sleep.In addition, cleaning was superficial, with significant dust on major surfaces. Limited cutlery (3 forks only) etc.Enough said!
