"My stay was great, the staff was very helpful and polite. here are my only concerns. When i returned from an outing the cleaning person was inside my room cleaning, I think that if there cleaning a guest room that are still booked to the property they should leave the door open. I was shocked to open the door and find someone inside. Also the parking is very low. if you have a very tall SUV i would not recommend parking in the basement as the top might hit all the low hanging things in there. Other then that my stay was great. I saw but did not use the work out area which is very big with all the equipmnt you could ever need. I was also surprised to find in that area a bank of old school phones, I think they work, it really brought back memories."

"The overall experience was good: friendliness and helpfulness of staff was very good, the atmosphere was pleasant, the bar services attentive and on time. The reason for not rewarding a better level to the hotel was a major inconvenience we faced at arrival. Despite the reservation for an ADA room, we were told while checking in that no ADA room was available. I spent time to speak to more than one person in the evening of our arrival to make sure the second day we will have what we reserved and prepaid for. In the morning of the following day I was the one to follow-up to see if the room was ready. No red flag raised the night before, no coordination and no preoccupation from the staff to inform me about how the hotel fixed their mistake."
