Hotel was nice. Felt safe and was around a lot of shopping and restaurants. Staff was okay but not really sociable. I asked for a brunch recommendation and they didn’t know the area. Bring your own blow dryer and bring charger adapters.

The photos make the hotel look much nicer than it really is. Our room, and the property overall, felt run-down. During our stay, there was a convention, and it was unusual to see so many people gathered in the lobby instead of their rooms. With people constantly walking in and out, I didn’t feel very safe. For such a large hotel, the security seemed lacking. On the positive side, the breakfast was our favorite part and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, other amenities like the pool and gym were disappointing—the pool was in poor condition, and the gym felt far too small for the size of the property.

The first floor water fountain ⛲️ area was beautiful at night! The breakfast was wonderful… I have been here the past three summers partially because of the breakfast, easy parking, cleanliness, safety and ability to check-in at night! My only constructive criticism would be BW should have bacon at breakfast. Thank you!

Clean room, professional staff, and nice grounds. My only suggestions is to have a designated area for smokers. The hotel is at capacity and many guests are gathered around the entrance smoking and socializing. Not good for guests with health concerns.

Pool closed.

Breakfast buffet was good, but the pool was closed without explanation on the website which was saying pool is open, so kind of deceiving. Area was good, close with a lot of shopping area.
