I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Place. The room was comfortable enough for 4 adults and a child. The location was perfect, surrounded by restaurants and entertainment location.

Very clean room, pool and gym open, breakfast was good, ample parking. Its in a good location with restaurants and stores. Only about 30min to Boston. Staff were pleasant. Nice that the rooms have a living room area

First let me say Cat at the front desk was amazing, she made this feel like our home away from home. The breakfast was okay for continental breakfast but juices were always empty and you had to constantly ask the staff to put more food out when it was 2 hours before breakfast ends. Parking was great and since it snowed it was good to see that they had onsite plowing and salting services. The room was clean however the bathroom had several rust areas in the shower and not enough light. Overall we would stay here again but get a suite because regular rooms don’t come with a microwave and you have to ask the front desk to heat any food up. You are close to food options.

Firstly, I paid extra to get a higher floor when booking, and I was not given that, nor any compensation for that. Secondly, the blackout shade in the room was broken, so I was unable to rest properly, having arrived late at night. The breakfast was also subpar. However, the property was clean, and the junior suite style room was nice.
