Welcome to the Kinsman Cabin, our oasis in the woods. BEAUTIFUL describes this property as you take the long driveway back to find a 3bd/2.5ba Log Home tucked in the woods. The home is 2,453 sqft featuring a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops and a south-facing family room with large windows providing tons of natural light! As you walk around the home you will see hardwood floors and cedar walls throughout. Start a wood fire in the family room while relaxing with friends and family in the cold Ohio winter. The loft offers privacy with a nice bedroom an attached full bath. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor with one offering an attached full bath. Step outside to 62 +/- acres of rolling wooded terrain with endless recreational opportunities. Walk along the East side of the property to take in breathtaking views of the ravine and rippling creek. An ideal location places this property in-between Mosquito Creek Lake, Pymatuning, and the Shenango Wildlife Area.

Beautiful Setting to Get Away and Be Together

Ann and Jon have made a stay at the cabin so inviting - lots of little touches that enhance the stay: 1. Well stocked basics (paper goods, soaps, kitchen and bath needs, etc)! You won’t be running out of the basic items needed to enjoy your stay. 2. Nice decorations that add a homey feel to the stay. 3. Beautiful cabin - like what you might expect at a fancy ski resort. 4. Nice quiet setting - no neighbors within sight. 5. Nice technology set-up - big screen TV with streaming options, TVs in bedrooms, audio speakers and WiFi. 6. A nice hot tub - which we used last year, but didn’t get around to this year.A great place to get away from the typical hustle and bustle!

Beautiful cabin with large yard

The house is decorated wonderfully and the kitchen is well stocked (spices, paper plates, cookware, etc). The beds are really comfortable. We loved the outdoor fire pit as well as the indoor fireplace. It's a nice retreat for staying in Ohio with parks nearby. Owner is very responsive. Loved looking out the large windows at the autumn colors. There's a good air filtration system. The living room chairs/couch were soooo comfy to relax at night and watch the big TV. The water gets super hot, very nice for showering! We did have to buy our own firewood for use as the shed was out. The house gets really cold (especially upstairs), so indoor fire is a must. Most of the games in the garage were broken and the hot tub water was greenish so we didn't use it. But those issues aside, I would absolutely rent again as a quiet retreat. Highly recommend for best in the area!

The property itself is amazing! The home was filled with every amenity that you could think of. There was nothing that we needed while we were there. The Internet was out for the first two days, the Hot Tub was hot half of the time, and the outdoor Stream, we could not find. Other than that, the place was amazing! Would stay there again.

Perfect, peaceful getaway

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. My family met up over the 4th of July week to hang out and celebrate my mom's birthday. We do this every year and this is BY FAR the BEST place we have stayed. The listing is very accurate. The place is very clean and beautiful. There is lots of space and all of the rooms were very nice. The hosts are excellent and go above and beyond with this place. It is rare to see any amenities at a location, let alone the quality of the amenities from sealed toothbrushes to new travel sized-deodorant (great bc my sister forgot hers) and stocked paper goods. They even left my dog a new rope toy, which he loved. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to stay here in the future!

Amazing space

We have family in the area and we’ve always stayed at hotels. Found this place this year and the place is amazing!! It’s clean, spacious, and well furnished. There are tons of games for the kids and outside space to run around. Provided coffee, paper goods, tons of towels, full size shampoo and conditioners, etc etc. It’s truly like staying at a friend’s house. We will be back!!

Beautiful Birthday Celebration

We celebrated my daughter’s birthday here with a small group of her friends. There were many activities to keep them busy, and there was plenty of space, inside and out. They had so much fun. The property was very clean and beautiful. The cabin was well stocked and comfortable.

Back Woods Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The property was secluded so the kids could ride their bikes on property and the road leading to property. The garage had plenty of games for enjoyment. The cabin was very nice with all accessories available, not very often a VRBO gives you all the extra that you normally have to buy for example coffee, sugar, toiletries etc. There we’re grocery stores close by. Mosquito & Pymatuning lakes were 30 minutes away. Negatives: There was no dam located near the property. The hot tub was unavailable. It would be nice if they had a screened in swimming pool.

Beautiful Private Retreat

Very quiet, expansive property. Host is very welcoming and hospitable. Everything for s’mores was set out for us
and the time by the fire outside was awesome with the family and dogs. We were able to have family over for games and meals
it was extremely easy to host here..we enjoyed the inside and outside spaces. Linens /towels top notch. Beds/pillows were all comfy. Nicely decorated and smelled great. Wifi was no problem worked great. Absolutely no complaints! Definitely would recommend.

Enjoyable Easter stay!

We had a wonderful time at the cabin and were able to enjoy our extended family. There is so much room and comfortable seating. The kitchen is great for cooking large meals! My children came in from out of town and they too really enjoyed the relaxation the property offers. TY again for a lovley stay!

An absolute wonderful time!

We stayed two weeks for Christmas and Nee Year holiday. My grown children and their signicficsnt others joined. We had plenty of space and thoroughly enjoyed the relaxation. I love to cook, the kitchen offered plenty of space for cooking lovely meals. The kids enjoyed the ability to invite friends - where we had plenty of sleeping space and privacy. The upstairs loft and bedroom and bath was very nice. We enjoyed this staycation so much that we have reserved it for next year! I can't express enough the comfort of each bed and bedroom, the cleanliness of the home and the ease of living. Parking is fabulous as the driveway is very accommodating to allow people to come and go. Thank you for a GREAT holiday!

We held our wedding ceremony at the cabin and it was breathtaking. Everything who seen photos or video agreed how beautiful it was. The cabin was extremely clean, no dust and fresh linings in every room. We felt very comfortable in our stay and felt like home.

Perfect Quick Getaway

We loved the cabin and it's location. The cabin was well-appointed and we didn't lack anything that we needed for our 4 night stay. It was a perfect, peaceful gateway for us. We hope to visit again!
