That was after I noticed that there were no linens or pillows for the pull out sofa! I figured when they ask for all this information during the reservation, that they would accommodate the room as such. I guess I was wrong. After contacting guest services, everything was taken care of immediately. Which was great! We had a wonderful stay after all the minor details were sorted out. The lobby area with bar and restaurant was nice along with the food court ,Starbucks and convenient store. Pool and hot tub is always a bonus! They had a cute little rec area for corn hole during the day and a kids movie night in the evening. The shuttle to Disney was great as well! For the price of a Starbucks latte you can ride the shuttle back and forth all day. The hotel is close enough to walk to Disney, but if you plan to escape midday for some pool time or lunch/dinner outside the park. It’s a great way to maximize your time. All in all, we had a great time and use of the hotel and it’s amenities!"
