We had a tiny issue with something not working our room and she quickly got us switched to another room on the same floor and came up to give us our key so we didn’t have to carry our stuff around. She was super helpful. The hotel and vicinity was also amazing. "

"Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staffs were nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Location was very convenient with lots of walkable shops. Swimming pool was clean. Didn’t get to try food since it was not part of stay package. Overall fine experience but nothing luxurious and good for short stays. Would stay again if traveling that direction."
