"The room was great and the view from the room was FABULOUS! The room was perfectly appointed. The linens were perfection. Dinner at Five Sails was a lovely short walk and OUTSTANDING! The shops were great downstairs near reception! I picked so many items- too original and perfect to have to choose or pass-up. The valets/doormen were soooo very nice!!! The hotel is in a perfect location as well!"

"The hotel is very dated, when you enter the main entrance, you think it's a nice hotel, but the rest is like a labyrinth, hard to find your room, old dated carpets and decor, very dark and uninviting. The room was just as bad as the hotel itself. I wanted to change rooms, but the front desk, wasn't having it. The only good thing about this hotel is the amenities, a Denny's, Chop and a gym, and also the approximaty to the airport."
