"The hotel sits comfortably within the original design of the Zona Romántica. It might not be the most modern, and the lack of a lift might be of issue to some with mobility issues, but we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. The room we had was incredibly comfortable, with a good beg, clean shower and nice fittings. What was also a nice touch was having fire sticks rather than transitional TV which meant we could access more English programmes than we normally can when abroad. The rooftop pool area is really nice and has great views of the bay. The only downsides are that in an afternoon, music goes on poolside and it felt far too loud for the amount of people on the deck. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially helping us out when our flight was cancelled by AeroMéxico - and for that we cannot thank them enough."
