"I am in a customer service-oriented profession myself, and I cannot praise the Westin staff enough. From the time I drove up and met Basile at the valet parking area and Angela at the registration desk, my stay was excellent. Basile is one of the nicest young men I have ever encountered and when I complimented his service, he replied, "my job is easy because I love people!" Now that's the perfect employee in my opinion. Angela, as well was more than accommodating at the front desk. The only negative I have is having to swap elevators to get to the parking garage was a little inconvenient, but not nearly enough to keep me from staying with the fine folks at the Westin Dallas Downtown on my next stay. May God bless them for their exceptional service!"
