The double room I was in was fine for one person though two would have been cramped but probably manageable. Location was great with a bus line direct to the airport right out front. Only downside was the wifi was pretty spotty for me. Would not recommend for remote work.

Fast check in and great service from staff. Location was excellent. Quiet, next to huge park, museums and airport bus #397drop off and pickup steps away. Even for an early am departure on the N97.

This place was decent. It worked for what we needed at the time, but I doubt I'll return. POSITIVE: location. NEGATIVE: in the first floor you cannot open the window since it's floor to ceiling and will open you up to the public so it's not safe/secluded, no AC, the bed was in poor condition, the TV doesn't work, and the toilet flush was not consistent.

The location was fantastic, walkable to the centre of Amsterdam and Museum quarter. The hotel was nice and quiet and felt safe, yet just a stone's throw from the action, absolutely perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful, including the cleaners who refreshed the towels and bedding every day. The downsides were that were some maintenance/ upkeep issues (cracks and staining), & we didn't have hot water for a day (due to maintenance).

The room was so dirty, mold in the shower, terrible mattress, the attention from the girl in the entrance made me feel that you was doing me a favor. But I wouldn't choose this hotel never again.

Overall a good experience, however the lack of AC could be a MAJOR problem in warmer conditions. We were lucky to be there during a mild temperature week. Location is amazing, staff was nice and helpful.

The only thing good about this hotel is its location. Other than that I can’t really say much my main concern was how dirty my room was, I think that anything from below the ankle and above eye level gets completely missed. Stayed in the outside annex- thick dust had to wipe the floor as my feet had dirt and pubes stuck to them, asked housekeeping to change my sheets only to be told at 1pm that he was finished for the day. Needs a good lick of paint and a bloody good clean. I removed my bed sheets on my departure, I wish I hadn’t now as I felt physically sick to find the pillows and duvet I had slept in for several days was covered in let’s say peoples bodily fluids yellow and red stains I’ll leave that to your imagination if this allowed pics I would of attached them. I did say to reception on checking out only for them to say I’ll get them to chuck it out and in my eyes a poor apology.
